WHO WE ARE
We are a company based in Dubai with a desire to bring healthy foods to all communities. Moving fresh produce from one part of the world to another means that keeping it in its healthiest state is very difficult. We aim to get it to the end user packed with all its nutrients as the day it was harvested.
At Bancasa we aim to give the consumer through its wholesale partners the choice of traditionally dried fruits, nuts and vegetables but also through freeze dried fruits and vegetables. With freeze- drying we can maintain the nutritional value, taste, and look of the vegetable or fruit. Produce maintain their vibrant colour and delicious taste while still having the fresh harvest nutrition. The only obvious difference is that the product’s weight has been diminished and it’s shelf life extended. Making it easier to transport and store!
